Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 8 pieces Rice paper wrappers
  • ¼ cup Chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¼ cup Chopped fresh mint
  • ¼ cup Chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a skillet, cook the chicken until fully cooked and slightly browned.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, shredded carrots, shredded cabbage, and bean sprouts.
  3. 3. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar to the mixture. Toss well.
  4. 4. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until pliable, then lay them flat on a cutting board.
  5. 5. Place a small amount of the chicken mixture in the center of each wrapper. Add cilantro, mint, and basil on top.
  6. 6. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll tightly to form the spring roll.
  7. 7. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
