Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground chicken
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, minced garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and ground black pepper. Mix well.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the chicken balls in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
  5. 5. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
