Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Sirloin thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Mixed Salad Greens
  • 1 Cucumber sliced
  • 1 Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1 Red Chili sliced
  • ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro chopped

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grill or sear the beef until medium-rare. Let it rest, then slice thinly.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, mix the salad greens, cucumber, red onion, red chili, and cilantro.
  4. 4. Add the sliced beef to the salad and pour the dressing over. Toss to combine.
  5. 5. Serve immediately.
