  • 12 Jalapeños large
  • 1 cup Brisket chopped
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 12 slices Bacon
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your smoker to 275°F.
  2. 2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix the chopped brisket and cream cheese until well combined.
  4. 4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the brisket and cream cheese mixture.
  5. 5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño half with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  6. 6. Place the wrapped jalapeños on the smoker and cook for about 1 hour, or until the bacon is crispy.
  7. 7. Brush the jalapeños with BBQ sauce during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
