Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 can corn (15 oz, drained)
- 1 can pinto beans (15 oz, drained)
- 1 can kidney beans (15 oz, drained)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, corn, pinto beans, kidney beans, beef broth, and taco seasoning.
4. Season with salt and black pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
