Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger

Instructions 

  1. Combine soy sauce, water, brown sugar, honey, garlic, and ginger in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
  3. Mix cornstarch with water and add to the saucepan.
  4. Stir constantly until the sauce thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool.
