Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken wings
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  3. Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat.
  4. Place wings on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
  5. While wings are baking, transfer remaining marinade to a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
  6. Add cornstarch mixture to the saucepan and cook until sauce thickens.
  7. Remove wings from oven and toss with thickened sauce before serving.
