Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Chicken wings
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat.
Place wings on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
While wings are baking, transfer remaining marinade to a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add cornstarch mixture to the saucepan and cook until sauce thickens.
Remove wings from oven and toss with thickened sauce before serving.
