  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup carrot, julienned
  • ½ cup teriyaki sauce

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken strips and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in teriyaki sauce and stir to coat everything evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
