Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Mirin
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  2. 2. Marinate chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4. Cook chicken thighs until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Pour remaining marinade into the skillet and cook until sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Serve hot with rice and vegetables.
