  • 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon mirin
  • 2 tablespoon sake
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Skewers


    Instructions 

    1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, mirin, sake, ginger, and garlic.
    2. Add beef cubes to the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
    3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
    4. Thread beef onto skewers.
    5. Brush with vegetable oil.
    6. Grill skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, until cooked to your liking.
