  • 8 slices Turkey breast
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices Bread whole grain or your choice
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Butter for grilling

Instructions 

  1. 1. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each bread slice.
  2. 2. Layer turkey and Swiss cheese between two slices of bread, with the mayo-mustard side facing in.
  3. 3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4. Grill sandwiches in the skillet until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
