  • 1 cup Tamarind Pulp
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine tamarind pulp and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Add sugar, cumin powder, salt, and red chili powder. Stir well.
  3. 3. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  4. 4. Strain the mixture into a mixing bowl to remove any solids.
  5. 5. Let it cool before serving. Store in an airtight container.
