Tahini Dip
A creamy and delicious tahini dip perfect for veggies or pita bread.

Main Ingredients
- ½ cup tahini
- ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ¼ cup water adjust as needed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
In a mixing bowl, whisk together tahini and lemon juice until smooth.
Add minced garlic and whisk to combine.
Gradually add water, whisking until the dip reaches your desired consistency.
Stir in olive oil, salt, and black pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
