Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 head Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Tortilla Chips crushed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add taco seasoning to the beef and cook according to the package instructions.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and crushed tortilla chips.
  4. 4. Add the cooked beef to the salad mixture and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.
