  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir to combine.
  4. In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips, followed by the beef mixture, black beans, and shredded cheese. Repeat the layers.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
