Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried fava beans soaked overnight
  • ½ cup fresh parsley
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro
  • ½ cup fresh dill
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Soak fava beans overnight.
  2. Drain and rinse beans.
  3. Blend beans, herbs, onion, and garlic in a food processor.
  4. Add spices and baking soda, mix well.
  5. Shape mixture into small patties.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and fry patties until golden brown.
