Oil for frying
Instructions
Soak fava beans overnight.
Drain and rinse beans.
Blend beans, herbs, onion, and garlic in a food processor.
Add spices and baking soda, mix well.
Shape mixture into small patties.
Heat oil in a pan and fry patties until golden brown.
