  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine cucumbers, onions, and red bell peppers in a large bowl.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, bring vinegar, sugar, mustard seeds, celery seeds, and turmeric to a boil.
  3. 3. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the vegetables and stir well.
  4. 4. Let the mixture cool, then transfer to jars and refrigerate.
