  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Paprika for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the eggs in a saucepan for about 10 minutes. Let them cool, then peel.
  2. 2. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, and a pinch of salt.
  4. 4. Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. 5. Garnish with a pinch of paprika. Serve chilled.
