Sweet Corn Relish Recipe
A tangy and sweet relish perfect for topping burgers, hot dogs, or serving as a side.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup white vinegar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
1. In a large pot, combine all ingredients.
2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
3. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove from heat and let cool.
5. Transfer to jars and refrigerate until ready to use.
