Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup Rice Vinegar
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Flakes
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine rice vinegar, water, sugar, fish sauce, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and chili flakes. Stir well.
  3. 3. Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoon water to make a slurry. Add to the saucepan and whisk continuously until the sauce thickens.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and let it cool. Store in a jar and refrigerate.
