Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Venison sliced thin
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ½ cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper ground
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, honey, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
  2. 2. Add the sliced venison to the bowl and mix well to coat all pieces. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  3. 3. Preheat your dehydrator to 160°F (70°C).
  4. 4. Arrange the venison slices in a single layer on the dehydrator trays.
  5. 5. Dehydrate for 4-6 hours, or until the jerky is dry but still slightly pliable.
  6. 6. Let the jerky cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
