Instructions
In a saucepan, combine rice vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry.
Add the slurry to the saucepan and whisk continuously until the sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
