  • ½ cup Rice vinegar
  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine rice vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry.
  3. Add the slurry to the saucepan and whisk continuously until the sauce thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
