Sauce Ingredients

Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine pork with a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add pork and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same wok, add bell pepper and onion. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add pineapple chunks and cooked pork back to the wok.
5. In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, rice vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Pour into the wok.
6. Stir everything together until the sauce thickens and coats the pork and vegetables evenly. Serve hot.
