Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks drained
  • 1 cup bell pepper chopped
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet, cook the kielbasa over medium heat until browned.
  2. 2. Add the pineapple chunks and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, vinegar, ketchup, and soy sauce. Pour into the skillet.
  4. 4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
