Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce

- ½ cup Rice Vinegar
- ½ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 1 clove Garlic minced
In a saucepan, combine rice vinegar, sugar, ketchup, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry. Add to the saucepan and whisk continuously until the sauce thickens.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute. Remove from heat and let it cool before serving.
