  • ½ cup Rice Vinegar
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine rice vinegar, sugar, ketchup, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry. Add to the saucepan and whisk continuously until the sauce thickens.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute. Remove from heat and let it cool before serving.
