Sun-Dried Tomatoes Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Roma tomatoes halved lengthwise
- 1 teaspoon Sea salt
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil optional
Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the halved tomatoes on the baking sheet, cut side up.
Sprinkle the tomatoes with sea salt.
Drizzle with olive oil if using.
Bake in the preheated oven for 6-8 hours, or until the tomatoes are dried and shriveled.
Let them cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
