Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 Quahogs cleaned and steamed
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Remove quahog meat from shells and chop finely. Save the shells.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped quahog meat, breadcrumbs, melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spoon the mixture back into the quahog shells.
  5. Place stuffed quahogs on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
