Stuffed Quahogs Recipe
A classic New England dish, these stuffed quahogs are savory and satisfying.

Main Ingredients
- 12 Quahogs cleaned and steamed
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice fresh
- 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Parsley chopped
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Remove quahog meat from shells and chop finely. Save the shells.
In a mixing bowl, combine chopped quahog meat, breadcrumbs, melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
Spoon the mixture back into the quahog shells.
Place stuffed quahogs on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve hot with lemon wedges.
