Stuffed Peppers Recipe
Delicious stuffed peppers filled with a savory mix of rice, beef, and veggies.

Main Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers tops cut off and seeds removed
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Mix cooked rice, beef mixture, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Stuff peppers with the mixture and place in a baking dish.
Bake for 35 minutes. Top with cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
