Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers tops cut off and seeds removed
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. Mix cooked rice, beef mixture, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Stuff peppers with the mixture and place in a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes. Top with cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
