  • 12 pieces Mushroom caps stems removed
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps.
  4. Place the stuffed mushroom caps on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
