  • 12 pieces Mini Bell Peppers
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese softened
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ¼ cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the mini bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stuff each mini bell pepper with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
