- 12 jalapeños halved and seeded
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
