Stuffed Jalapeño Poppers Recipe

- 12 whole Jalapeños halved and seeded
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter.
Dip the stuffed jalapeños into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Place the jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
