  • 8 pieces Hot peppers medium-sized
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Ground beef cooked
  • ½ cup Shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the hot peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, ground beef, shredded cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stuff each pepper with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed peppers.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the peppers are tender.
