Ingredients

  • 8 slices Bread Thick slices
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Strawberries Sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 4 unit Eggs Beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon Butter For cooking

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  2. 2. Spread the cream cheese mixture on four slices of bread. Top with sliced strawberries and cover with the remaining bread slices to make sandwiches.
  3. 3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  4. 4. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, making sure both sides are well-coated.
  5. 5. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook each sandwich until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Serve warm, optionally with syrup or powdered sugar.
