- 6 Eggs
- 3 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika for garnish
1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Let them cool.
2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
4. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
5. Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
6. Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
