  • 12 large mushrooms cleaned and stems removed
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
  5. Place mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and filling is golden.
