Stuffed Bell Peppers With Lentils And Rice
Delicious stuffed bell peppers filled with a hearty mix of lentils and rice.

Main Ingredients
- 4 Bell Peppers tops cut off and seeds removed
- 1 cup Cooked Lentils
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked lentils, cooked rice, tomato sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Stuff each bell pepper with the lentil and rice mixture.
Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
