Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the tops off the banana peppers and remove the seeds.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked rice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Stuff the banana peppers with the beef mixture and place them in a baking dish.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the stuffed peppers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
