Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pizza dough
  • ½ cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Pepperoni slices
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  3. Spread the marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  5. Layer the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
  6. Roll up the dough tightly from one long side to the other, sealing the edges.
  7. Place the rolled dough seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
