Ingredients 

Pancake Batter

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
  • 1 cup Strawberries, chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the chopped strawberries.
  4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and grease lightly with butter or oil.
  5. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
