Strawberry Goat Cheese Bruschetta

- 1 cup strawberries, diced
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 loaf baguette, sliced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
3. Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine diced strawberries, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
