  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the shredded cabbage and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, until tender-crisp.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
