Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Steak, cubed
- 1 cup Carrots, diced
- 1 cup Celery, diced
- 1 cup Onion, diced
- 4 cups Beef broth
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add steak and cook until browned.
Add carrots, celery, and onion. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Add garlic and cook for another minute.
Pour in beef broth, add salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
