  • 1 lb Steak ribeye or sirloin
  • 2 slices Bread toasted
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 unit Onion sliced
  • 1 unit Bell Pepper sliced
  • 2 slices Cheese your choice
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. Season the steak with salt and black pepper, then cook in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  3. 3. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  4. 4. In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Cook until they are soft and slightly caramelized.
  5. 5. Toast the bread slices.
  6. 6. Assemble the sandwich by placing the sliced steak, cooked onions, bell peppers, and cheese between the toasted bread slices.
  7. 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
