Ingredients 

Marinade Ingredients

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced garlic

Instructions 

  1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together.
  2. Place steak in a shallow glass dish or a resealable plastic bag.
  3. Pour marinade over the steak, making sure it is well coated.
  4. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
