Ingredients

  • 1 lb Steak cut into cubes
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the diced potatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the cubed steak and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Make four wells in the hash and crack an egg into each well.
  6. 6. Cover the skillet and cook until the eggs are set to your liking, about 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
