  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon Sriracha

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cool and peel them.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and Sriracha. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Place the peeled eggs in a jar and pour the hot mixture over them.
  4. 4. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
