Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces Rice Paper Wrappers
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
- 1 cup Cooked Shrimp sliced in half lengthwise
- ½ cup Fresh Mint Leaves
- ½ cup Fresh Cilantro
- 1 cup Rice Vermicelli Noodles cooked according to package instructions
1. Prepare all your ingredients and have them ready to go.
2. Fill a large bowl with warm water. Dip one rice paper wrapper into the water for about 5 seconds to soften.
3. Lay the softened wrapper flat on a clean surface. Place a small amount of each ingredient in the center of the wrapper.
4. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom to the top.
5. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and ingredients.
6. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
