- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup fresh parsley
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoon fresh dill
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Assorted fresh vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers) for dipping
Combine chickpeas, parsley, cilantro, dill, lemon juice, and garlic in a food processor.
Blend until smooth, gradually adding olive oil.
