Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Portobello mushrooms stems removed
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the portobello mushrooms on a baking sheet, gill side up.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spoon the spinach mixture evenly into the mushroom caps.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
